ONBOARDING MANAGER

Our client is The Pay Portal, one of the most prospective businesses with a major impact on the world market of e-commerce, focusing on End-To-End Payment Process, Analytics, and Risk Management for the high-risk payment industry.

The Pay Portal is expanding its team and is now looking for an exceptional person to support the fast-paced growth of the client portfolio.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT IN THIS JOB?

You will oversee the entire Client Merchant Account onboarding process, which includes:

  • Providing assistance and maintaining communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and optimal user experience
  • Establishing and maintaining good business relations with prospective acquiring banks and PSPs
  • Acting as an intermediary in the communication between clients and PSPs/acquiring banks to ensure all requirements for obtaining a merchant account are satisfied
  • Review of clients’ documents within KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure and websites to ensure compliance with the general requirements
  • Analysis of client’s processing statements, company financials and business plans and development of the strategy for obtaining merchant accounts accordingly
  • A continual search of new onboarding opportunities and research of the payment industry developments

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Job requirements:

  • Extraordinary communication skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, as well as the expertise in business communication with the knowledge of e-commerce vocabulary
  • Previous experience in banking, insurance, e-commerce, or finance industry
  • A meticulous approach to work with great attention to detail
  • Ability to proactively solve problems, organize and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Previous experience with merchant onboarding procedures, fraud mitigation, card-non-present environment, CRM (customer relationship management) would be a great advantage
